Planning Your Visit

Covid Policy

The School’s B Wing bedrooms have now permanently closed. The Campus Services team has arranged corporate rates with a number of local hotels.

The Saturday events on campus are for alumni only. We look forward to welcoming partners and children to the Garden Party on Sunday which is specifically designed to be child-friendly.

Visiting London

Make sure to plan your journey to campus carefully. There is potentially going to be significant tube disruptions across the weekend. You can check the TFL website here for live updates and to plan an alternative route.

Attending Reunion

Friday 17 June – Virtual Event

All sessions on Friday will be delivered virtually between 11:00 – 15:00 BST to allow all reuniting alumni to hear directly from Dean François Ortalo-Magné, faculty and network with our global community. View the full agenda here.

To access the virtual event, you will find your unique access link to the live broadcast in your event confirmation and reminder emails. Please note the link is unique to you, do not forward it. If you have lost your individual ‘watch live’ link’ to join the event, please email and we will be able to forward the unique link to you.

If you have any web accessibility requirements, please click the ‘Help’ button once you are into the platform, where you will find a direct chat link to our platform support team for more assistance.

Saturday 18 June – On-Campus Activity

Location: Sussex Place

Time: 09:30 – 17:15 BST

Registration: On arrival, please report to the Ratcliffe Reception to collect your badge and programme.

Speaker Sessions: Session are run on a first come, first served basis. It is not possible to reserve a seat in advance. If there are particular speakers you would like to see, be sure to make your way to the specific lecture theatre in good time. See the programme for more details.

Food and Drink: Lunch will be provided on Saturday. There will also be light refreshments in the afternoon break. All dietary requirements have been catered for; please speak to a member of staff if you have any questions.

Dress Code: The dress code for the speaker programme is smart casual.

Saturday Evening – Class Celebrations

Sunday 19 June – Family Garden Party

Location: Front lawn of Sussex Place

Time: The event starts at 12.00 and runs until 16.00 BST

Registration: You will need to collect wristbands for yourself and your guests before proceeding to the front lawn.

Food and Drink: Unlimited food and drink is included in the ticket price. Dietary requirements have been catered for; please speak to a member of staff if you have any questions.

Returning to Campus

Access Cards

Alumni swipe cards will be required to enter the Sammy Ofer Centre, the North Building or the Fitness and Wellbeing Centre in the Taunton Centre. If your card has expired, or it is damaged or lost, replacements can be issued at Sussex Place and at Sammy Ofer Centre during Reunion weekend – you will need to show a form of photo ID. Temporary access cards can be issued upon request. For any alumni swipe cards, which require a photograph, this can only be done at the Plowden Security Desk, Sussex Place.

Internet Access

Wireless internet will be available on campus throughout the weekend. Alumni can access the internet on the Guestnet network – instructions on joining here.

Should you have any problems connecting, alternative access details will be available from the registration desk. Computers with internet access are available in the North Building and Sammy Ofer Centre.


Alumni can access the school's digital platforms with their preferred email and the password associated with it. The preferred email would be your personal email account (e.g. Yahoo, Gmail, Outlook etc.), not your school email address. Should you experience any issues accessing LBS Hub or have any questions about alumni digital platforms, please visit the registration desk for more information or contact .


There are ATMs outside Co-op Food on Park Road or near Baker Street station.

Alumni Centres and Library

There are two Alumni Centres available for the use of alumni – one located in the North Building and the other in the Sammy Ofer Centre.

The Library is located in the Sammy Ofer Centre – you can access it and other parts of the building using your alumni swipe card. Alternatively, you can sign for a temporary access card at the Sammy Ofer Centre reception (you will need to bring some form of ID with you). All visitors (one per host) must be with a member of the School (student, staff or alumni) at all times.

Fitness and Wellbeing Centre

You can access our state-of-the-art gym facilities all through the weekend. If you haven't yet, you'll need to complete a short induction then can begin a workout, attend a fitness class or take a dip in the heated pool. You can contact the team on or by calling +44(0)20 7000 7900.

Sammy Ofer Centre

You may wish to use the opportunity to visit the Sammy Ofer Centre during the weekend, our new state-of-the-art teaching hub housed within the iconic London building of the Old Marylebone Town Hall. You can enter the building using your alumni swipe card (replacements can be issued on campus at the Plowden reception at our Sussex Place campus). The building will be open for tours between 11-12pm on Sunday 19 June and closed all day on Saturday 18 June.

School Merchandise

For a great reminder of your time at London Business School, why not pay a visit to the Gift Shop. It is located in Plowden Reception and features a wide selection of quality School branded merchandise.

Filming and Photography

Throughout the Alumni Reunion weekend, we will be photographing and filming activities on campus. These images will be used to publicise Reunion in print publications and on the School's website. If you do not wish to be featured, please alert the photographer or film crew or contact .
